Even down on his luck Mr. Billy Ray a homeless man returned a diamond and platinum ring to it's rightful owner, he didn't ask for anything but he felt it was the right thing to do. With that being said it's millions of people across the world in Mr. Billy Ray's shoes but while they are trying to do the right thing who looks out for them? not all people are homeless because they are bad people, drug addicts, or irresponsible...Some of these people just need a little bit of help to get their life in order.
